Commercial Structure

The AZgen commercial model is designed to be simple. We grow when you grow. The structure consists of four components, each clearly defined from the start.
Platform Management Fee
From £5,000 /mo
Typical cost based on a focused product range. Fee scales with the number of products and marketplaces actively managed.
AZgen Commission
5%
We build in commission as our incentive to grow your business.
Supplier Payment Terms
30 days
End of month following.
Marketing Investment

Pricing Model
How we arrive at the right selling price
Pricing in the UK marketplace environment requires careful modelling. VAT, platform fees, and competitive positioning all affect what a product can realistically sell for. AZgen handles this calculation completely, giving you a clear and transparent commercial structure.

You provide your target UK RRP
For each product in your range, you share the retail price you aim to achieve in the UK market. This serves as the starting point for the commercial model.

AZgen models the expected cost price achievable
Based on the target RRP, we model the expected financial outcome for each product sold. This calculation takes into account UK VAT (20%), marketplace platform fees, AZgen’s 5% commission, and current competitor pricing.

We align before going live
No product goes live until the pricing structure has been reviewed and agreed jointly. You always know exactly what margin you are working with and why.

Getting started is straightforward
To move from proposal to active partnership, we need two things from you. Everything else is handled by AZgen.
